Mr. Griffith currently serves as Director and CEO of St. Clair Winston Aviation Consultants St. Joseph, Barbados. He held the position of Managing Director at Seawell Air Services Limited from 2008 to 2019.

Prior to that Irvine held the positions of Group Chief Executive Officer at Caribbean International Airways Limited and Caribbean Aircraft Handling Company Limited from 2000 to 2008.

Mr. Griffith is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he earned his BSc. degree in Aviation Maintenance Management, his Airframe and Powerplant License and, his Private Pilot License ASEL.
